Eric is a Managing Partner and President of E.G. Insight.
Before starting E.G. Insight, Eric was the director of the Sales Effectiveness practice area at Personnel Decisions International (PDI). At PDI, he and his colleagues worked with clients in such areas as customer and employee feedback, strategic account management, executive coaching, and leadership development.
Previously, Eric was a business development manager for a strategic human resources consulting firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His other experience includes eight years in business development and sales management positions with the change management practice at Aon Consulting, a change management consulting and training organization focused on large-scale culture change, leadership development, and strategic account management.
Eric received his B.A. in Psychology and American Studies from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. and completed graduate work at Minnesota State University – Mankato in Experiential Education.
