Gary Gerds is a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at E.G. Insight.
Gary is an experienced presenter and facilitator with an extensive background in employee development, sales force effectiveness, organizational development, and customer and employee relationship management. Gary has facilitated leadership development sessions worldwide with executive-, director-, manager- and supervisor-based teams dealing with such issues as goal setting, team effectiveness, employee relationship management, and quality improvement.
Previously, Gary was senior consultant for Personnel Decisions International (PDI),director of program development for the Carlson Learning Company, director of customer loyalty programs for the Carlson Marketing Group, director of quality systems for BI Performance Services, and senior account manager on the Citibank account while at Aon Consulting, Inc.
Gary has an M.A. in Instructional Design and Communications and a B.A. in Communications, both earned while attending Michigan State University.
