E.G. Insight is a full-service market study provider. Our market studies generally consist of telephone interviews, 15 to 30 minutes in length, conducted by our senior consultants with a client’s existing or prospective customers.
E.G. crafts and pilot tests a custom interview script designed to meet the specific information needs of the client. E.G. schedules telephone appointments and conducts interviews, then processes and stores interview results. A thorough analysis and report of interview findings is created and presented to the client’s leadership team, along with our recommendations for achieving maximum impact.
